Welcome to HolyTasks. By downloading, installing, or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HolyTasks, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

HolyTasks is a task management application designed to help users organize their daily activities with inspirational Bible verses. The app offers both free and premium subscription features.

3. User Accounts and Data

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device and iCloud account
• All activities that occur under your account
• The accuracy and content of your task data

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Features: Basic task management with daily Bible verses.

Premium Subscription: Includes unlimited tasks, custom categories, multiple Bible translations, and widgets.

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to change

5. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for premium features. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription. Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple and may only be available once per Apple ID.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or hack the app
• Interfere with the app's functionality or security
• Use the app in any way that could damage our reputation

7. Intellectual Property

HolyTasks and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Bible verses are in the public domain (King James Version).

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

HolyTasks is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. The Bible verses and spiritual content are provided for inspirational purposes only and should not replace professional religious counsel.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of the app.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HolyTasks from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
